About My Teaching.

I perceive teaching as an opportunity to translate research findings into practical applications, while continually learning and inspiring the next generation of students in my areas of expertise. I believe that excellent teaching revolves around the four P’s of learning: Passion, Projects, Peers and Play. I try to incorporate these elements into my teaching, focusing on areas in which I also conduct research. I particularly enjoy collaborating with small, international student teams to conceptualise and develop innovative digital services and products. I have previously taught on the following courses, as well as giving guest lectures at bachelor’s, master’s and executive level. I have also been nominated for, and won, numerous teaching awards.
